Beacon Planning have assisted in obtaining planning permission and listed building consent for refurbishment work and extension of a Grade II listed cottage in Littlebury.

A proposal to refurbish and restore a Grade II listed cottage in Littlebury has been granted permission by Uttlesford District Council. Beacon Planning Ltd provided the supporting Heritage Statement for the proposals. The works will include replacing the roof to an existing extension and improvements to the rear setting of the property. The proposals also seek to improve the internal layout and access within the building. The Local Planning Authority accepted that the proposed improvement works will ensure the building will continue to function in its optimum viable use as a single dwelling.
