Double garage and pool house building secured on historic site in Essex

Beacon Planning Ltd have secured permission for ancillary out buildings to a listed farmhouse within the countryside following lengthy negotiations with the local planning authority.

Planning permission has been secured after the previous application to reinstate a collapsed barn on the site had been withdrawn following objections by the local planning authority. The site is within the countryside and adjacent to a listed building. The local authority were supportive of a revised scheme for replacement out building proposal which will serve the adjacent listed former farmhouse. Listed building consent for the demolition of the part collapsed barn on the site is pending.
