Declan Carroll joins Beacon

Beacon are delighted to welcome Declan who has joined the Heritage Team as Senior Consultant.

Declan comes with four years’ experience in private practice as a consultant in the heritage team at Lichfields in London. He brings with him a wealth of experience of working with public and private clients to achieve positive outcomes across a variety of heritage assets and a particular knowledge of working in the London boroughs.

Declan has a strong academic background in the field, with an MSc in Historic Conservation from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.

We are delighted that Declan has chosen to join the heritage team where he will work alongside Emma Sharp as Senior Consultant and Associates Charmain Hawkins and Jenni Mason. Declan will be managing his own projects as well as supporting colleagues across the planning and heritage teams to continue to deliver high quality, constructive planning advice as the company prepares to move into its tenth year.

Declan and others from Beacon’s heritage team will be attending the IHBC London Branch Conference: Back to the Future – The Next 50 Years for Conservation Areas on 3rd October 2017.
